Who we are
Dana Provus is an educator, literacy advocate, and lifelong learner dedicated to helping students and teachers thrive. She holds a B.A. in Elementary Education from the University of Iowa, a Master’s Degree in Reading from Concordia University, and a Master’s Degree in School Administration and Supervision from National Louis University. She is LETRS certified, trained in the Wilson Reading System, and remains deeply engaged with the latest research in the science of reading.
Currently, she is completing a certificate in Learning Differences with a focus on Executive Functioning through Landmark College. This specialized training enhances her ability to support neurodiverse learners by identifying what works for each individual and equipping them with the tools they need to succeed. Her approach empowers students to become confident, independent learners and strong self-advocates.
With a deep passion for literacy and brain-based learning, Dana is committed to making education joyful, meaningful, and accessible. Whether working directly with students, helping parents advocate, or supporting educators through professional development, she brings warmth, expertise, and a genuine belief in every learner’s potential.
